Overview

The Quality and Compliance Project Manager at Nephron Pharmaceuticals is responsible for leading and executing projects that support quality, compliance, and operations, ensuring regulatory adherence and operational integrity.

In Short

Lead and execute quality and compliance projects.
Develop integrated plans aligned with the Quality System.
Support the Quality Unit for compliance with procedures.
Create projects for continuous improvement of the Quality System.
Assign responsibilities and identify resources for projects.
Conduct inspection readiness activities.
Present progress reports to management.
Ensure all project documentation is complete and current.
Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
Work flexible hours based on company demand.

Requirements

Project Management Certification preferred.
5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Ability to manage and train employees.
Experience in project management and coordination.
