VCA Animal Hospitals is seeking an inspiring and visionary Regional Medical Director (RMD) to help shape the future of veterinary medicine across the Midwest Group. In this highly influential role, you’ll be entrusted with setting the standard for best-in-class medical practices, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care, and supporting our veterinarians in doing their best work every day.

• Drive excellence in hospital operations and medical care.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years’ practice experience.
• Multi-Unit experience preferred.
• License to practice veterinary medicine.
• Ability to build relationships with medical staff.
• Follow through on medical program implementations.
• Evaluate Medical Director’s performance.
• Flexibility in schedule and hours.
• Ability to work in environments with pets.
