Sales Support Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Sales Support Analyst at Antech will provide direct support to Sales Associates and collaborate with internal leaders to ensure sales success.

• Support Sales Associates with proposals and account management.
• Participate in contract management and price changes.
• Assist in research and reconciliation for customer contracts.
• Present sales proposals to Sales Leadership.
• Create reports to track sales performance.
• Answer customer inquiries about products and services.
• Coordinate with marketing on product offerings.
• Provide after-sale support to sales associates.

Requirements

• BA Degree/Certificate or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3-5+ years of Sales or Sales Support experience.
• Veterinary Sales experience preferred.
• Advanced communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational skills and technology proficiency.
• Ability to learn new software quickly; SFDC experience required.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Collaborative mindset with stakeholders.
