Overview

The Equine Field Applications Specialist I role focuses on providing post-sale customer education and training for veterinary imaging products, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention while contributing to business growth.

In Short

• Provide post-sale customer education on equine ultrasound and digital radiography.
• Schedule and conduct training sessions with customers.
• Optimize equine products to meet customer needs.
• Instruct on basic veterinary imaging techniques.
• Offer phone and online support during and after training.
• Attend trade shows and wet-labs as a clinical expert.
• Manage reports, expenses, and travel arrangements.
• Collaborate with Equine Equipment Specialists.
• Possess strong organizational and planning skills.
• Travel up to 90% of the time.

Requirements

• RDMS/RVT/RCMS, LVT, and/or DVM licensure preferred.
• BS/BA degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of veterinary imaging and ultrasound techniques.
• Prior customer service and teaching experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
