Remote ServiceNow Developer/Administrator

Overview

The Remote ServiceNow Developer/Administrator will support the development and integration of applications on the ServiceNow platform, providing guidance to citizen developers and managing deployments within a CI/CD pipeline.

• Support design and development of locally developed applications (LDAs).
• Provide guidance to citizen developers on the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Manage deployment of ServiceNow components in the CI/CD pipeline.
• Implement custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow Architects for code reviews and product demonstrations.
• Perform troubleshooting, coding, and configurations.
• Map business services to ServiceNow capabilities for ITSM solutions.
• Administer and manage systems with a focus on security and compliance.
• Maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• 3-6 years of overall ServiceNow platform experience.
• At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations and ITSM modules.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and platform administration.
• Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills.
