Cloud Support Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for strong experience in Linux and cloud technologies. In this role, you will support our clients using Atmosphere, our open-source cloud product, and provide essential support to our internal CloudOps team managing our public and private cloud infrastructure.

In Short

• Directly interact with clients and the internal CloudOps team.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues related to Atmosphere products.
• Contribute to and maintain our knowledge base.
• Manage support cases to meet our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Strong experience with OpenStack, Kubernetes, Helm, and Ansible.
• Experience in cloud architecture and principles.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Customer service skills and professional interaction with clients.
• Background check required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of cloud architecture and principles.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and Ceph or other storage platforms.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Background check required.
