In Short

  • Drive sales to generate new leads and close deals.
  • Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, conducting virtual business introductions.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to assist in developing sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and client needs.
  • Develop strong and effective working relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of accounts and contribute to the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales-related activities in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Proficient in managing the sales pipeline using CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Familiarity with cloud services; familiarity with OpenStack and Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently.
  • Availability during EST or EDT working hours.
