• Develops and recommends safety programs for Transmission & Distribution clients.
• Shares industry best practices with clients in utilities.
• Develops documentation including safety plans and job hazard analyses.
• Audits contractor safety records and compliance.
• Performs gap analysis of Safety Management Systems.
• Reviews accident/injury investigations for clients.
• Maintains knowledge of regulations and standards.
• Coaches site personnel on safety practices.
• Conducts field safety observations and hazard assessments.
• Stays current with best practices for Electrical Safety.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in HSE roles specific to transmission and distribution.
• Experience in contractor risk management.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• One safety certification preferred (e.g., CSHO, CHST).
• Undergraduate degree in related field preferred.
• 3+ years of Renewable Energy Safety Experience.
• OSHA 30/10 Certification.
• OSHA 500 Certification.
