Overview

As a Customer Support Representative at Veriforce, you will be a key point of contact for customers, providing essential support for the Operator Qualification (OQ) and VeriSource platforms.

In Short

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide professional and empathetic support across all communication channels.
  • Resolve product, process, and technical issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Record of Evaluation (ROE) process and related workflows.
  • Assist with DOT Drug & Alcohol compliance questions and processes.
  • Track customer inquiries and feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Document all customer interactions in Salesforce or a CRM.
  • Maintain detailed case notes and follow-ups.
  • Work 8-hour shifts including weekday and occasional weekend coverage.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on customer success.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ year of customer service or support experience preferred.
  • Typing speed of 40+ WPM.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a CRM system preferred.
