Overview

The Salesforce Team Lead is a key member of our growing team, responsible for leading, mentoring, and growing a cross-functional team of talented developers, quality assurance analysts, and test automation specialists while designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions.

In Short

• Lead and manage a high-performing cross-functional development team.

Requirements

• 7+ years as a Senior Salesforce Developer, with 3+ years leading a team.
• Salesforce Application/System Architect certification(s).
• Experience with subscription or CPQ integrations.
• Proficiency with Force.com Platform and Salesforce Lightning.
• Experience with Agile methodology and Salesforce DevOps pipeline.
• Strong understanding of data migration and ETL tools.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork experience.
• Familiarity with programming languages like JavaScript.
• Knowledge of object-oriented design patterns.
• Experience with code change control tools like BitBucket and JIRA.
