Overview

The Growth Solutions Consultant for the Financial Institution (FI) team is responsible for driving revenue goals through engagement with existing top accounts and new business acquisitions.

In Short

  • Engage client contacts at all organizational levels.
  • Identify opportunities within existing clients and potential new clients.
  • Develop a sustained pipeline of viable opportunities.
  • Partner with existing client teams to identify target accounts.
  • Perform and interpret value analyses for clients.
  • Deliver the Vericast Financial Institution value proposition.
  • Lead proposal and business development efforts.
  • Monitor the achievement of strategic, financial, and operational benefits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business management or related field.
  • 5+ years in a quota carrying sales role.
  • 3+ years experience in FinTech or as a Sales Engineer.
  • Recent solutions sales experience in financial services.
  • Aptitude for technology and data-driven selling.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel (50%+).
