In Short

• Deliver engaging product demonstrations tailored to prospective clients.
• Be a PACE market expert with deep knowledge of regulations and workflows.
• Serve as a product evangelist, maintaining expertise across product suites.
• Drive sales enablement by collaborating with the sales team.
• Partner with marketing to align messaging across demos and collateral.
• Lead discovery and consultative conversations with clients.
• Inform product development by channeling client insights.
• Support client training and onboarding processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in solutions consulting or sales engineering, preferably in healthtech.
• Strong understanding of the PACE model and long-term care operations.
• Demonstrated success in leading tailored product demos.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into client-friendly narratives.
• A collaborative spirit, excited to work across teams.
• Bonus: Experience with clinical or population health analytics platforms.
