Overview

Vercel is seeking a driven, experienced Sales Development & Pipeline Enablement Specialist to empower our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with strategies, tools, and best practices needed to build a robust, qualified pipeline that fuels Vercel’s growth.

In Short

  • Design and implement enablement programs for inbound and outbound prospecting.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams for effective messaging.
  • Document and amplify customer success stories.
  • Deliver training on core messaging and sales pitch.
  • Optimize usage of sales engagement tools.
  • Identify gaps in sales processes and implement improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SDR/BDR with success in pipeline generation.
  • Experience with outbound sales sequences and messaging.
  • Expertise in modern prospecting tools and CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for coaching and enabling others.
