Manager, HR Business Partner - OUS - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager – OUS to join our global HR team. This role will be pivotal in driving strategic HR initiatives across regions outside the United States, including EMEA and Canada, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and managing immigration processes for both incoming and existing employees. This role will partner closely with business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals and report directly to the HR Director based in San Diego.

• Act as the primary point of contact for the international PEO provider.
• Oversee PEO service delivery and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 6 - 7 years of HR experience, with 5 years in an HRBP role.
• Experience managing immigration processes and global mobility vendors.
• Strong knowledge of international labor laws.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage complex issues and provide strategic HR solutions.
• Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
