• Coordinate every aspect of the employment life cycle for supported employees.
• Provide expert-level support to clients on HR matters.
• Manage client relationships with the client services team.
• Improve employee satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure compliance with local employment law.
• Help train new team members.
• Manage and audit all HR records.
• Anticipate potential issues and assist in resolution.
• Collaborate with teams requiring regional expertise.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience required.
• Business proficiency in English.
• Research-oriented with multitasking abilities.
• Technology-literate.
• Conflict handling and resolution skills.
• Knowledge of India employment law.
• Drive for creating an unparalleled customer experience.
• Interest in international business.
• Desirable: experience in EOR or HR Outsourcing.
