Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in marketing, field marketing, or related function.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience in digital and in-person marketing programs.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics.
• Strong communication skills in a collaborative environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% within the East Coast region.
