Overview

The Senior Inside Systems Engineer will play a pivotal role in driving sales initiatives by focusing on mid-market Commercial accounts, leveraging technical expertise to meet customer needs.

In Short

• Conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations.
• Manage POCs to technical closure.
• Support lead generation activities.
• Collaborate with customers to translate business objectives into technical requirements.
• Provide technical expertise on data resiliency.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes.
• Work closely with the sales department to secure new partners.
• Provide pre-sales support for Veeam software evaluation.
• Engage with mid-market accounts.
• Travel within the assigned territory as required.

Requirements

• Self-motivated and technically competent.
• Experience in storage, networking, security, and virtualization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be located in California.
• 25% travel required.
• Experience in a Pre-Sales Systems Engineer role is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud and/or SaaS solutions is a plus.
