Field & Channel Marketing Manager - Germany - Remote

Overview

As a Field & Channel Marketing Manager for our Volume segment, small and medium sized business, within the EMEA Central Marketing Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing activities that drive brand awareness and pipeline generation across Germany.

In Short

• Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activity to inform strategic planning and campaign development.
• Deepen understanding of regional customer personas, preferences, and buying behaviors.
• Drive quarterly marketing plans for our small and medium-sized segment.
• Create and execute local integrated marketing campaigns that generate demand and increase brand preference.
• Measure and analyze campaign and event performance, providing regular reporting on KPIs and ROI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide marketing support to channel partners and distributors.
• Educate sales and channel teams about local customer buying behaviors and B2B marketing trends.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal.
• 5-8 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in IT or SaaS.
