Overview

As a Staff Product Designer at Veeam, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our user experience across the Veeam products. Whether your focus is on advancing our Design System, defining common workflows, driving growth, or delivering end-to-end experiences for key workloads, you’ll be empowered to lead high-impact initiatives that simplify complexity, accelerate innovation, and deliver measurable business value.

In Short

• Lead the design and delivery of high-impact projects in one or more areas: Design System, Common Workflows, Growth UX, or Workload UX.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and other designers to define and implement scalable patterns, workflows, and user journeys.
• Leverage AI-assisted research and rapid prototyping to validate ideas.
• Champion accessibility, usability, and design quality.
• Mentor and support other designers, engineers, and PMs.
• Measure and communicate the impact of your work.
• Participate in design reviews and cross-team ceremonies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design.
• Deep expertise in design thinking, interaction design, visual design, and/or information architecture.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools and rapid prototyping.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for accessibility and usability.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
