Lead UI/UX Designer - Remote

Overview

The Lead UI/UX Designer will work with cross-functional teams to create customer-centric product experiences, leading complex projects from ideation to execution.

• Leads multidisciplinary projects from start to finish.
• Builds relationships with UX Research, Product Management, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Uses quantitative data and qualitative feedback to inform design decisions.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of business goals and challenges.
• Experience creating user scenarios, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Ability to gather feedback and define features collaboratively.
• Experience mentoring junior and peer designers.
