Data and Digital HR Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Data and Digital HR Analyst sits within the HR Operations team and provides HR data expertise to the business along with maintaining the integrity of the data within the HR system (Workday). They will understand the HR and business needs at a functional level and be capable of leveraging technologies to address the best solutions for the HR community.

• Design and generate people analytics reports in Workday.
• Investigate data issues in Workday.
• Manage and respond to analytics queries through ServiceNow.
• Ensure accessibility of reports within Workday.
• Modify and develop new reports in Workday.
• Recommend enhancements to Reporting within Workday.
• Update training materials and train users on report access.
• Conduct regular data audits.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Participate in global HR projects.

Requirements

• Workday HR reporting proficiency.
• Bilingual English & Spanish.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Able to prioritize and meet tight schedules.
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with HCM systems preferred.
• Experience with data analysis tools like Power BI or Tableau preferred.
