In Short

• Assist with the development, implementation, and administration of leading compensation policies and programs.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on hiring and compensation guidelines.
• Analyze compensation data and market trends to drive process improvements.
• Conduct and submit compensation surveys to ensure competitive pay practices.
• Review proposed salary adjustments for consistency with guidelines.
• Support biannual compensation review processes.
• Assist in designing and maintaining salary structures and incentive programs.
• Monitor statutory requirements governing compensation administration.
• Audit and update Workday and compensation tools.
• Create process documentation and maintain compensation reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis and HR analytics.
• Strong analytical skills; expertise in Excel and HR systems (Workday preferred).
• Experience supporting global compensation programs.
• Ability to present trends and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
• Familiarity with statutory compensation compliance.
• Ability to shape compensation programs for a global workforce.
