Overview

As a Compensation Analyst at Boldr, you will support the effective execution of global compensation programs, focusing on maintaining and optimizing compensation structures and processes.

• Conduct job evaluations and compensation benchmarking.
• Manage compensation structures and salary administration.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure competitive pay practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Global Compensation Specialist.
• Knowledge of job evaluation and salary banding.
• Experience with compensation surveys and market pricing.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Google Suite.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Experience with HRIS and CRM systems.
• Professional certifications in compensation are a plus.
