Overview

As a Compensation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing various programs related to Incentive Management and Consulting, focusing on bonus dispute resolution and data maintenance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
  • Proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Workday experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Compensation principles.
  • Detail-oriented with accuracy in data management.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with various teams.
  • Experience in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new principles.
