Overview

The Compensation Analyst is an integral part of Hims & Hers' Total Rewards team, focusing on the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs that align with business strategies.

In Short

  • Perform job evaluations and compensation benchmarking.
  • Analyze job duties to determine scope of work and market value.
  • Provide analysis and counsel on compensation programs.
  • Evaluate and implement process efficiencies.
  • Examine compensation trends to support business initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of salary administration and compensation policies.
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll on annual merit increases.
  • Compile salary survey submission files and perform job matching.
  • Act as a contact for day-to-day compensation matters.
  • Maintain HR data tools integrity through regular audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 4-6 years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of compensation principles and procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
