Atlassian Administrator - Remote

Overview

The Atlassian Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing our suite of Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and others. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in configuring, managing, and supporting Atlassian products to enhance productivity and collaboration within the organization.

In Short

• Day-to-day management and administration of Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Management and other Atlassian products
• Configuration of workflows, user accounts and permissions, custom fields, dashboards, reports, security schemas, issue schemas, project creation, etc.
• Providing technical support and guidance to users
• Management of user permissions for tools and integrations according to the needs of projects and teams
• Create dashboards and reports based on the projects’ need
• Track and monitor utilization and project performance through dashboards and reporting
• Set access permissions for Jira projects and Confluence spaces
• Analyze, review, and document current functionality to determine potential areas of improvement
• Cooperate with corporate security

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience with Jira/Confluence
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken
• Atlassian certification (e.g. Jira Administration for Cloud) is preferred
