Atlassian Administrator - Remote

Overview

Global-e’s IT Department is seeking an experienced, service-oriented Atlassian Administrator (Jira, Confluence, JSM) to support and optimize our Atlassian Cloud environments, ensuring seamless service delivery and support for internal users.

In Short

• Administrate and optimize Jira, Confluence, and JSM to enhance user experience.
• Implement and configure Jira add-ons to meet user needs.
• Partner with internal teams to understand requirements and improve workflows.
• Provide day-to-day user support and reporting.
• Act as a liaison between business units and clients.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain user-friendly documentation.
• Offer training and support for Atlassian tools.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as an Atlassian Administrator.
• Proficiency with Jira add-ons: Structure, ScriptRunner, and Automation for Jira.
• Experience with Jira REST API and integrations.
• Atlassian Certified Administrator preferred.
• Strong focus on service delivery and workflow optimization.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Project management skills to prioritize tasks.
• High proficiency in English.
