Atlassian Administrator - Remote

Overview

Our Corporate IT Engineering team are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Atlassian Administrator to manage and optimize our suite of Atlassian products. We are undergoing a migration from JIRA on premises to JIRA Cloud, and this role will be crucial in ensuring our teams have the tools and support they need to collaborate effectively and drive productivity.

In Short

• Manage and maintain our Atlassian suite, including Jira Cloud, Confluence and other related tools.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on Atlassian tools.
• Develop and maintain user documentation.
• Design, implement, and maintain workflows and automations.
• Evaluate, install, configure, and manage Atlassian Marketplace plugins.
• Implement and maintain security best practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Atlassian features.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Atlassian Administrator managing a large environment.
• Deep understanding of Jira Cloud, Confluence and other Atlassian products.
• Experience with workflow customization using plugins.
• Experience with Atlassian API libraries.
• Strong understanding of user management and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
