Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer at Vanta, you will lead and mentor engineers, delivering high-value products and scalable infrastructure for our security platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience with backend development.
• Strong knowledge of authentication protocols (OIDC, SAML).
• Experience building scalable platform services.
• Strong data modeling skills for complex systems.
• Experience solving distributed systems challenges.
• Success with complex technical migrations.
• Security-focused mindset and understanding of enterprise security practices.
• Experience leading technical projects.
• Ability to work in decisive action environments.
• Experience mentoring and collaborating with engineers.
