Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer, Backend on our Identity Engineering Team, you will design, develop and scale critical identity services and middleware that power League's Platform.

In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Participate in technical design and planning discussions.
• Uphold code quality standards through code reviews and automated tests.
• Lead complex projects from discovery to delivery phases.
• Mentor junior engineers.
• Participate in On-Call rotation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years backend development experience.
• Experience building scalable, fault-tolerant cloud services.
• Ability to write high-quality, testable code.
• Understanding of web functionality and good API design.
• Willingness to troubleshoot and fix issues.
