Requirements

• 5+ years of program management, operations, or strategic initiatives experience.
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional programs.
• Strong frameworks-based thinking with a bias for action.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Deep understanding of GTM functions.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
• Open to using AI to amplify skills.
