Overview

As Vanta’s Senior Manager, Benefits, you will lead and scale our global benefits function through a period of high growth and strategic transformation, overseeing benefits strategy and operations across multiple countries.

In Short

  • Own and evolve Vanta’s global benefits strategy.
  • Evaluate and design localized benefits plans.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits brokers and vendors.
  • Lead the evaluation and implementation of key funding model transitions.
  • Oversee the design and rollout of benefits in new markets.
  • Collaborate with People Business Partners and Total Rewards.
  • Design and deliver clear benefits communications.
  • Use benchmarking data and internal analytics for recommendations.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulations related to benefits.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in benefits management.
  • Experience owning global benefits programs in a high-growth environment.
  • Proven ability to design and execute benefits strategy.
  • Deep understanding of U.S. benefits regulations.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset for assessing plan performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Finance and Legal.
