Overview

As a Senior Knowledge Management Specialist at Vanta, you will be responsible for maintaining a robust, user-friendly Help Center with over 700+ public-facing articles, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Product Marketing Managers to ensure documentation is accurate and aligned with product releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical documentation.
• Experience with large Help Centers.
• Proficiency with knowledge management tools.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset for content optimization.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Experience with SEO best practices.
• Knowledge of HTML and CMS.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
