Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer at Vanta, you will lead and mentor engineers to deliver high-value products for our customers and build infrastructure that scales with our business.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in backend development.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and distributed systems.
• Strong background in integrating with external APIs.
• Experience building platform services.
• Strong data modeling skills for transactional consistency.
• Knowledge of billing systems and payment processing.
• Understanding of financial data security requirements.
• Led technical projects from concept to completion.
• Ability to collaborate with Finance and Sales partners.
• Interest in contributing to Vanta's engineering culture.
