As a Senior Software Engineer at Vanta, you will lead and mentor engineers while delivering high-value products and scalable infrastructure to support our business growth.

• Lead and mentor engineers in the Monetization Platform team.
• Build an enterprise-grade revenue and entitlement platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience in backend development.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and distributed systems.
• Strong background in integrating with external APIs and services.
• Experience building platform services used by multiple teams.
• Strong data modeling skills for transactional consistency.
• Knowledge of billing systems and payment processing.
• Understanding of financial data security requirements.
• Proven track record of leading technical projects.
• Ability to collaborate with Finance and Sales partners.
• Interest in contributing to a growing engineering culture.
