In Short

  • Own the day-to-day operations of Catalyst, our Customer Success Platform (CSP).
  • Develop and maintain enablement assets to help Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through templates and automation.
  • Partner with CS teams to scope operational asks and measure impact.
  • Review and iterate on customer engagement strategies.
  • Partner with RevOps to enable new metrics and workflows.
  • Analyze key engagement and performance data.
  • Ensure customer signals are accurately mapped across CS tooling.
  • Conduct QA for new features and workflows.
  • Create and deliver enablement for new internal launches.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Program Management or Customer Success Operations.
  • Comfortable managing systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Catalyst.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Proactive in identifying gaps and driving solutions.
  • Strong sense of ownership and bias toward action.
  • Excited about building systems that enable scale.
  • Bonus: Experience with digital success or scaled engagement programs.
