As the Head of Growth Marketing at Vanta, you will lead the marketing team to introduce Vanta to new customers and keep them engaged. This role combines creativity with accountability to build a growth engine that drives revenue and brand equity.

• Ability to drive alignment across different teams.
• Interest in growth stage challenges and security compliance.
