We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Growth Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth at SpecterOps. The Head of Growth Marketing will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that leverage our unique expertise in adversary tradecraft to generate demand and expand our market presence within the cybersecurity industry. This position requires a leader with a deep understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and marketing operations. • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, and social media.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize marketing performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Passion for cybersecurity and staying ahead of industry trends.
