Overview

The SpecterOps Business Development Representative will be the first point of contact for all inbound leads, partner leads and event leads playing a crucial role in driving growth. Your primary responsibility will be working closely with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Account Managers and Growth Marketing (from MQL to SQL), and to qualify inbound leads to schedule demos or technical scoping. We are seeking a professional who is highly motivated, an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, familiar with cybersecurity and selling SaaS-based solutions.

  • Qualify leads, schedule demos, and follow up professionally.
  • Collaborate with revenue marketing to execute lead campaigns.
  • Maintain a sales-level understanding of products and market trends.
  • Track interactions and progress in Salesforce.
  • Transition qualified leads to demos with Account Executives.
  • Work on outbound account targets and scheduling demos.
  • Provide metrics and updates on leads and new pipeline.
  • Collaborate with channel community to qualify leads.
  • Responsible for scored lead outreach and demo scheduling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in SDR, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and similar tools.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Self-motivated and success-driven, with teamwork capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to complete a criminal background investigation.
