Overview

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our sales pipeline and connect more organizations with Truepic Vision, our industry-leading image authentication SaaS platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on prospecting, enjoys meaningful conversations with executives, and wants to play a key role in expanding our customer base.

In Short

  • Identify and research target accounts, build prospect lists, and generate new qualified opportunities.
  • Understand the pain points our potential customers face and know how to articulate the value we might bring.
  • Concisely share our value proposition with individuals in and around the executive suite.
  • Collaborate with our Account Executive team to build a strong pipeline and manage / track / report against your activities and results.
  • Attend the occasional conference to help build top of the funnel sales opportunities and secure intro meetings with new prospects.
  • Contribute to special projects or initiatives as needed to support the sales team and company goals.

Requirements

  • Maintaining strong business acumen and curiosity around a prospect's business.
  • Confidently overcoming objections and converting interest into qualified leads.
  • Working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform (HubSpot experience is a plus).
  • Achieving measurable goals in a previous customer-facing role.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Developing and delivering strong written and verbal communications.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize independently.
  • Successfully working both independently and within a team environment.
  • Resilient and able to maintain a positive, persistent approach when faced with challenges.
