We’re looking for Head of Growth Marketing to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of programs that drive qualified pipelines across segments. This role will be instrumental in aligning marketing with sales, targeting technical buyers, and fueling growth.

In Short

  • Own the full-funnel demand strategy across inbound and outbound programs to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Build and optimize integrated campaigns using channels such as paid media, webinars, events, email, and ABM.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and SDRs to align messaging, lead flow, and attribution.
  • Lead marketing ops and performance tracking, ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Manage and scale paid digital programs (LinkedIn, Google Ads, display, etc.) focused on cybersecurity buyers.
  • Own lead lifecycle and funnel conversion metrics—identify and fix gaps.
  • Work with content and product marketing to tailor assets and programs to CISOs, SecOps, DevSecOps, and technical personas.
  • Lead and grow a high-performing demand gen team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B demand generation experience, with at least 2-3 years in cybersecurity or enterprise tech.
  • Proven success in owning pipeline targets and scaling marketing-sourced revenue.
  • Deep understanding of buyer journeys in complex sales cycles, especially for technical or security audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Analytical and data-driven with a track record of optimizing for performance.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills—you know how to partner cross-functionally and lead a team.
