Head of Growth Marketing - Remote

Overview

Veriff is seeking a stellar Head of Growth Marketing to lead our global growth marketing team. This leader will play a pivotal role in ensuring our message meets our target audience, resulting in new customer acquisition and sizable revenue growth. As a key member of the GTM leadership team, you will shape both short and long term strategies to achieve Veriff’s business goals.

In Short

• Provide hands-on leadership to an international team of growth marketers across the US, EMEA and LATAM.
• Lead efforts to acquire new customers through various channels.
• Design, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns.
• Drive channel acquisition growth by identifying new messaging, targeting, and capability opportunities.
• Collaborate with product marketing and creative teams to inform them of campaign performance.
• Partner with account management teams to drive loyalty and growth with existing customers.
• Drive continuous improvement in the marketing division by enhancing processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of marketing experience in the SaaS space.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
