Overview

INPLAN is looking for a Sales Development & Account Executive (DACH) to support the expansion of our commercial operations and help build a modern, data-driven sales engine.

In Short

  • Own the full outbound sales process from lead generation to closing new business.
  • Identify and qualify new customers across the DACH region.
  • Build and maintain a scalable outbound pipeline.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns.
  • Lead product demos and customer presentations.
  • Prepare proposals and manage commercial negotiations.
  • Use modern sales tools such as CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and track key sales KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Professional Services.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales development and account management.
  • Strong understanding of the DACH market.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
