In Short

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic channel partners across Northern Europe.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements.
  • Drive revenue growth through joint sales strategies.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and track partner performance metrics.
  • Equip channel partners with necessary sales tools and training.
  • Conduct market research for emerging opportunities and trends.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor partner performance against KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, additional Northern European languages are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5+ years in sales or channel management.
  • Proven track record in partnership development.
  • Strong sales background with a history of achieving revenue targets.
  • Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Northern Europe.
