Overview

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at ASE Global, you will play a critical role in driving our growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

In Short

  • Proactively identify and research new business opportunities across key global markets through outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and coordinate discovery meetings for the sales team
  • Focus on introducing and selling ASE’s new AI-powered product to dealership customers
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of lead activity and engagement within our CRM platform
  • Collaborate with marketing to follow up on campaigns, events, and content-driven initiatives
  • Understand ASE’s product and service offerings and communicate their value to various stakeholders
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs related to outreach, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a B2B sales or client-facing role
  • At least 2+ years’ experience in SaaS or the automotive industry
  • Automotive sales experience selling to dealerships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb industry knowledge
  • A strong hunter mentality with a drive for results
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is essential
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the UK
