Business Development Representative - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team, targeting decision-makers within the multifamily space and driving qualified business development conversations.

In Short

• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, calls, and LinkedIn.
• Generate leads and set qualified appointments.
• Research hiring managers within the multifamily/property management space.
• Book 10 to 20 qualified appointments monthly.
• Document outreach and appointment outcomes in CRM.
• Report on campaign performance.
• Work closely with recruiting team.
• Polished communication skills required.
• Experience with tools like Apollo and Sales Navigator.
• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Central Time.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a BDR or lead generation role.
• Experience in recruiting or professional services is a plus.
• Willingness to learn about the multifamily industry.
• Familiarity with CRM and data-tracking tools.
• Strong communication skills.
