Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of properties located in California. This role involves managing tenant relations, coordinating property maintenance, and ensuring the overall success of the property management process.

• Serve as the primary contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and lease negotiations.
• Ensure timely resolution of tenant issues and maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction.
• Coordinate property maintenance, inspections, and repairs with on-site teams and contractors.
• Oversee property budgets, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Monitor property conditions, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
• Address emergency situations promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, property maintenance, and financial activities.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding property operations and performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property management or any related field.
• Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi Voyager, AppFolio).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Must be comfortable with having an open camera during work hours, as required for team communication.
