In Short

• Manage and care for residential properties in the Leipzig and Dresden area
• Coordinate maintenance and repair work and monitor execution
• Prepare and manage rental agreements and billing
• Act as a contact for tenant concerns and handle complaints
• Organize and conduct viewings for potential tenants

Requirements

• Experience in property management and rental law
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Organizational talent and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with management software
