In Short

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed personal sales targets.
• Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and referrals.
• Lead the sales process from initial contract through negotiation and closing.
• Travel extensively in territory to build relationships and conduct sales meetings.
• Utilize Sales Technology (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) to manage development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at conferences and trade events.
• Minimum 5 years in a B2B sales environment, preferably automotive.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience using a CRM methodically for sales success.

Requirements

• Familiarity with automotive industry and dealership operations.
• Collaborative team player.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
