Overview

The Director, Customer Cash Global Process Owner plays an integral role in streamlining and enhancing the efficiency of business operations at Solventum, a company focused on innovative healthcare solutions.

In Short

  • Design, maintain, and govern the Customer to Cash process taxonomy and roadmap.
  • Develop and enforce standardized policies and procedures across regions.
  • Collaborate with ERP Ops and IT teams for process optimization.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and SLAs.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure cohesive service delivery.
  • Lead change initiatives including ERP implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement strategies.
  • Support change management initiatives with enabling technologies.
  • Work in a remote capacity with potential travel up to 10%.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND ten years of job-related experience.
  • Expertise in Customer to Cash processes.
  • Experience in leading change initiatives within a global organization.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of compliance and risk management in finance operations.
  • Proven ability to design global processes.
  • Experience in a GBS or shared services environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically/internationally.
